Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of Banking Experience ¡n related field in reputed Banks/FIs.
  • Involve in extensive field visit for debt collection purpose of MSME assets.
  • Controlling forward flows rates and ensure maximum backward flow in terms of No. of A/Cs & amount along with maximize overdue collections.
  • Communicating with the customer over phone & physical visit to ensure the best effort for Delinquency & NPL management.
  • Lead the respective Collection Team, if assigned & ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of team.
  • Meet the set monthly individual target/goal and/or that of the assigned team.
  • Efficient usage of MS Office software (Excel, Word, Access, Power point etc).
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
