Smart Card Program and Details – Rajshahi University

Rajshahi University Started Providing Digital Smart ID Card for Attendance and other records of students, teachers, employee, officers and persons who eligible to have one.

Smart Card is actually a card to show identity to authority admin of office or where it used to take record of the card holders. It could bring lots of information like a unique id number, name, designation, address etc.

Students/MFIL/PHD Online Form:  Click Here

Things need to note on filling up the form:

  1. Your given information online will be considered as final information.
  2. Things keep ready while registering the form online is:
    a) 300×400 px studio quality recent color photo for upload (JPEG format)
    b) Blood Group
    c) Roll and Registration number of HSC or Equivalent examination.
  3. After fill-up the form online correctly, applicants need to print that in A4 size offset paper and sign in the related area. Also, he/she need to get signed and sealed by dept. head. Then, with that form, need to pay RFID Card fee as Tk. 400. And need to certify that admission-pay-in-slip photocopy, finally need to send that below address.
  4. For MFIL or PSD applicant, the fee of Tk. 400 need to deposit at Agrani Bank, RABI branch with “RFID Card” account no: 0200002484102 and need to attach the original pay slip with while submit.
  5. For students of 2013-14 session do not need to fill up the form.

Things need to note on filling up the form:

  1. Your given information online will be considered as final information.
  2. 300×400 px studio quality recent color photo for upload (JPEG format)
  3. Things keep ready while registering the form online is:
    a) 200×500 px signature for upload (JPEG format)
  4. b) After fill-up the form online correctly, applicant need to print that in A4 size offset paper and sign
    on the related area with the sign and seal of relevant authority or officer. Then send that to address below.
  5. The PDF form could be print later too accessing the form by existing password.

Online Form To Replace/Change/Update the Digital ID Card: Click Here
If the card got lost, stolen or the card holder get promotions, the card can be changed or replaced with a new one. Details below:

  1. Fees to replace or update the card: 275 Tk. And need to deposit with “RFID Card” to the account number 0200002484102 (Agrani Bank RU Branch).
  2. After fill-up the form linked up, card holder need to get signed and reference of relevant authority then submit with money deposit slip to the address below.
  3. For stolen or lost card, card holder need to do a General Diary(GD) at Police Station and attach a copy of the GD with all other things.
