Job Description / Responsibility
  • The primary responsibility of the position is to check and review all necessary documents of Home Loan application at early stage of the process. This incumbent is also responsible to ensure effective and error free input of home loan files in system. Other key responsibilities of the role include taking care of entire process of home loan from submission to disbursement of the loan amount
  • Ensure all required papers/ documents are in order at every stage of the process
  • Prepare documentation check-list and MIS to ensure appropriate submission of Home Loan files at upfront
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth submission of Home Loan applications

Educational Requirements
    4 Years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year(s)
Job Requirements
  • 1 to 3 year(s) experience in relevant field or understanding of related documentation of home loan
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Must have sound knowledge of all peoparty related documents
